    This role is the ‘first port of call’ for all customer related contact. They provide support for the installation, field service and floristry teams.

    1. To take service-related calls and emails for installation, field service, and floristry

    2. To triage queries from customers and direct them to the relevant department/ individual

    3. To coordinate responses to clients regarding queries and issues

    4. Update Business Central with correct customer information

    5.      To administer, develop and manage NPS process including providing feedback to relevant departments to deliver exceptional service levels and drive customer satisfaction to meet company targets. Provide data and analysis to the Head of Field Service.

    6.  To support Service team with ad-hoc requirements

    Install Technician

    Full time 

    This role is responsible for installing interior and exterior plants in containers into our clients’ workplaces and corporate spaces. Around 80% of our installations are in the London area, but we also travel nationwide from our HQ in Essex. We work for corporate clients who expect a high-quality, professional service.

    This role requires a level of physical fitness to move and install planters and plant displays. Our projects can take several days, so our technicians may on occasions stay away from home overnight within the UK.

    1.      To deliver and install plants at clients’ sites as per agreed project plans

    2.      To follow clear instructions and work as part of a team to complete installations

    3.      To confidently communicate with clients during installation process

    4.      To proactively identify potential challenges onsite and discuss with the line manager to find resolutions

    5.      To accurately use handheld devices to record work progress and follow required procedures to ensure the installation process is successful and delivered in a timely way

    6.      To follow all required health & safety processes

     

    ·         Able to work effectively as part of a team.

    Checking of goods in, general housekeeping, forklift operation, production of goods to be dispatched, loading and unloading of vehicles, routine stock checking

    Working with the IT Support Team Leader to maintain the systems and equipment across multiple offices remotely and in person, while being the first point of contact for internal IT queries, user hardware and software troubleshooting and maintenance.

    This role is not limited by just IT and the responsibilities will extend to other departments whenever analytical thinking and technical skill may be required. 

    1.      First response to IT issues (internal helpdesk)

    We are now seeking to appoint our first Executive Assistant to provide executive support to Matt, our Managing Director, and the Leadership Team, and also to progress projects and initiatives running across the business e.g. sustainability, customer relations, and charity events. Success in this role can serve as a spring board into other areas of the business.

    Candidates must have all that you’d expect of a proficient EA , exude positive energy, have great influencing skills, be proactive and ‘can do’, be committed to doing a great job and live the Planteria Values, which are so important to us!  

     

    The EA will need to ensure Managing Director and Leadership Team are well organised, and that LT events are coordinated effectively. Fulfil or support Directors in fulfilling initiatives, administrative tasks and ensuring follow-up. Ensuring that relevant metrics, data and reports are collated and circulated ahead of LT reviews. Serve as a focal point for all departments, handle key administrative tasks and develop and embed essential office protocols.

    Role will be based from our Henham head Office with occasional requirements to be in our London office

     

    • To organise meetings, coordinate calendars, schedule appointments and, where appropriate, ensure agendas are in place, participants prepared.
    • Collate and distribute the Performance Reports (annual, quarterly, Monthly, weekly) for LT review.
    • Under guidance of the relevant sponsoring Director, follow-up on the implementation of cross-functional projects e.g. Sustainability
    • Manage MD office correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters and packages, redirecting and coordinating activities as necessary.

    To provide administration support to the Sales and Commercial department, the main role being processing orders for the department.

    To support and assist the Sales Managers where possible, in such a way that allows them to have as much free time as possible to develop and close new business opportunities.

    This is an exciting position and is part of a very vibrant and energetic team.  Sales activities have been fast paced, with a huge amount of opportunities still coming through; this is forecasted to increase even further throughout the coming months with our very ambitious growth plans.

    Processing sales orders for planting/floristry schemes from the sales team into Business Central to allow them to be ordered, installed and maintained.

    Processing cancellations, request notes and other contractual changes through to the wider business stakeholders via BC.

    Develop and constantly improve systems related to the role and team, to be more effective and efficient

    Take tasks through to completion with as little involvement from the Sales and Commercial Manager as possible – keeping them informed through reporting as necessary

    Where relevant, supporting Sales, Commercial Managers and Designers with tenders and costings for projects.

    • Work with your line manager and scheduler to ensure all rounds are completed efficiently and accurately
    • Work safely and in line with all risk assessments and method statements
