Covid-19

Announcement for Current Clients June 2021

Dear Client

I hope that you and all your staff are safe and well.

During these unprecedented times, we at Planteria are continuing to take proactive measures to ensure that our staff and our clients are protected from COVID infection risk in the best way at all times.  We are also committed to doing all we can to help suppress the spread of the COVID-19 and follow current government guidelines.

Plant maintenance visits are being carried out for all current clients with our technicians wearing masks, using sanitiser and observing social distancing at all times.  We continue to operate all our back office and support services as normal so please communicate with us via email or phone if you have any questions or need to let us know of a change to access to your premises.  We are keeping our helpdesk fully operational so if you have any questions at all please get in touch service@planteriagroup.com

We are committed to preserving the health of your plants and minimise plant replacements as much as possible.  If your premises are not currently occupied It would also be advantageous if some lights could be kept on, especially in darker areas/offices and if possible ensure the temperature in the office does not to fall below 14 degrees centigrade to maintain the continued health of your plants.

We would like to thank you very much for your valued business and support.  We are all in this together and it is at times like this that bring us closer together as a nation.

We look forward to recommencing our full service to you again.  Until then, keep safe.
