Online Travel Company

The Brief

Our Client, a World-famous on-line travel brand have beautiful, thoughtfully designed offices. They have created the perfect, inspirational working environment for their team, creatively themed around the travel industry, and wanted us to enhance this with office plants that would add a biophilic touch and compliment their theme. The visitor waiting area is based on the design of railways carriages. A cruise-liner inspired lounge doubles as a breakout and event space. Colour has been used confidently throughout the building, and there is a serene sense of space and flow.

The Solution

We designed plant displays to add impact to the décor and dress the interior design schemes. The plant containers were chosen to co-ordinate with the unusual and rather beautiful colour palette. We sourced soft pastel yellow and aqua, as well as bright green, pink, blue and yellow planters and used these to great effect. A plentiful number and variety of striking, large, green plant specimens were selected to add a bold statement and provide natural elements, and air-purifying benefits.

In the reception we added floor standing planting and flowering plants. Whilst outside, the terrace was brought to life with box hedging in containers, and low planters of Phormiums (a.k.a New Zealand Flax), to provide interest and privacy.
