Manages
Field Service Technicians, Tech Support/ Scheduler, sub-contractors and agency workers (employed team of approx 10)
Primary responsibilities
To line manage their team of technicians and the tech support/ scheduler (recruit, retain, develop team) & effectively manage 3rd parties to deliver work on time and to a high standard
To manage all data and reporting for their team (technician performance, plants replaced etc)
To resolve client complaints for their team within 24/48 hours
Working alongside the Head of Service and other Service Managers, to plan and agree future resourcing needs, including the use of sub-contractors to deliver work if required
To be responsible for client site master data management for their team- To attend client meetings with Sales Manager to discuss the project in detail and understand the client’s brief, provide a consultation service and obtain crucial information required for design purposes
- Responsibility for creating bespoke proposals by specifying internal plants, living walls, trees, plant pots and producing mood boards to match the client’s brief
- Reviewing floorplans and joinery/architectural drawings to obtain accurate measurements to support your specification of planting
- To conduct proposal review meetings with clients and tweak specifications as required, involving supporting the Design Coordinator with costings and estimations
- Liaison with the install and service teams conducting a detailed handover to ensure a clear picture of client’s desired outcomes
- To clearly communicate with other departments to ensure the final specification has been reviewed to ensure deliverables matches the client’s expectations
- To attend internal team meetings to decide the best strategy for securing projects, including sharing innovative ideas and support the growth of the business
