  • Interior Plant Service Technician - London Area

    Planting Technician – Central London & South Coast Area, Full-time

    Due to continued growth, we are looking for Interior Plant Technicians to join our team:

    Location: London, or the South East

    Position: Full Time

    Start: Immediate

    The Role

    Working as part of a successful team, you will be required to visit the offices of our clients, within London and the Home Counties, to maintain living plants.

    You will always be required to be of good presence; working discretely to minimise disruption and maintaining excellent customer relations with the clients.

    This position presents an excellent opportunity to work with interior planting and design in the workplace, whilst delivering great customer satisfaction.

    Experience:

    Full clean UK driving license.

    Prior experience in planting or horticulture is preferred but not essential as we will provide training, but a passion for plants is definitely necessary.

  • Installation Team Member - Full Time

     

    Installation Team Member – Plants

    Planteria Group has experienced a sustained period of business growth and is in a strong position, as a result, we are now hiring and would like to invite candidates to apply for the role of Installation Team Member.

    Join our existing, experienced team members in this varied and interesting physical role, to install interior and exterior plants in containers, and sometimes trees, into workplaces and buildings across the UK.  We work for corporate clients who expect a high-quality, professional service.

    The ideal candidate will need a clean driving license, be a team player, and have a good level of physical fitness.  The work can be physically demanding at times, including heavy lifting, and planting out.  You should be confident in using hand power tools and have a reasonable level of DIY skills. Knowledge of plants is not essential but could be advantageous.

    Most of our work is in the South of England but as we offer a nationwide service there will be a requirement to travel further including overnight stays, and weekend work to complete installations.

  • Business Development Executive - Account Management Team - PART TIME 20 hrs per week

    Planteria Group is the leading specialist in Plants and Flowers for business.  Established in 1977, our family-run business has ambitious growth plans and the Business Development team is central to this goal.

    Based in Henham near Stansted Airport with onsite parking in attractive offices, with scope for some work from home and flexibility once fully trained.

    Role and Responsibilities

    This is a newly created role within the Business Development Department and will report to the Business Development Manager and the Account Management Director.

    Working closely with the Account Management Director to understand the portfolio of Key ‘Platinum’ Existing Client Accounts and potential for business growth with these clients.

    To develop relationships with our key platinum clients, and book ‘strategic’ appointments and opportunities to quote, for the Account Management Director

    Making outbound sales calls, and follow-up calls, to book appointments and keep records up to date.

    Target 12 appointments per month.

    Professional, confident telephone manner

    Good commercial understanding and career development within a corporate environment.

  • Business Development Team - Administrator - PART TIME 25 hrs per week 09:00 - 14:00

    Planteria Group are the leading specialist in Plants and Flowers for business.  Established in 1977, our family run business has ambitious growth plans and the Business Development team is central to this goal.

    This role is being recruited for on a part-time basis working 09:00 – 14:00 (25 hrs per week).  Based in Henham near Stansted Airport with onsite parking in attractive offices, with scope for some work from home and flexibility once fully trained.

    £24,000 pro rota (based on 40 hour full-time work week)  

    20 days holiday per year Jan – Dec.

    Role and Responsibilities

    This is a newly created role within the Business Development Department and will report to the Business Manager and work as part of the Business Development team.

    • Handle inbound enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
    • Provide information and qualify leads to book sales appointments and enter information into the CRM.
    • Provide administrative support to the Business Development Manager.
    • Making outbound sales calls to ‘direct’ potential clients, and follow up calls, to book appointments and keep records up to date.
    • Working toward a target of booking 8 ‘direct’ appointments per month.
