The main purpose of the role is to develop and deliver a ‘growth charged’ marketing plan to support and drive the company’s ambitious growth targets with a focused ROI approach. Primary Responsibilities
To develop, deliver and optimize a ‘growth charged’ marketing plan which is directly aligned with the company goals and sales opportunities.
To ensure the Planteria Group branding is clear, effective, and consistent across all activities, internally and externally.
Work closely with the BD team to undertake market research and unearth opportunities.
To manage website content and improvements to drive the right and relevant on-line activity.
To manage the delivery of all social media campaign activity across all channels and media for the Planteria Group brand
To have a passion for ROI, analysis, and report on marketing activities to ensure effectiveness and optimization.
To effectively manage marketing suppliers, agencies and freelancers to ensure ROI.
Skills Required
Aggressive appetite for growth
Understand the essentiality of measuring and tracking ROI
Excellent communication skills working at all levels in the company and with external partners and stakeholders
Excellent planning and organisation skills and able to manage marketing projects effectively
Excellent knowledge of effective marketing techniques including Market research, On-line, E-commerce, Social Media and Branding.
Able to develop deep understanding of our customers, the market, competition, and emerging trends to create winning marketing programs and activities
Able to work under pressure to changing deadlines and priorities
Required Qualifications and Experience
Degree in business, economics, marketing or similar, or equivalent by experience
CIM diploma or qualification is desirable
Previous experience working in a marketing manager role with demonstrable track record.
Proven experience of brand development and management
Proven track record of delivering business success through quality marketing programmes
Proven channel and media development experience including digital
MS suite – excellent knowledge
Marketing software experience such as HubSpot, Klavio etc.

Fleet Manager
This is a new position in a fast growing business requiring an experienced Fleet Manager to manage and maintain a delivery fleet of approx. 25 small vans, four 3.5t and one 7.5t vehicles including 2 forklifts and a telehandler

Primary Responsibilities
Purchasing (future responsibility, lease or buy decision) and maintaining vehicles to a legal standard for service, delivery and installation of PLANTERIA’s products
Support drivers so they can adhere to strict schedules.
Training of drivers when required including regular legal updates for drivers & management.
Finding ways to reduce costs and maximize profits.
Developing strategies for greater fuel efficiency.
Maintaining detailed records of vehicle servicing and inspection.
Scheduling regular vehicle maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.
Monitoring driver behaviour and ensuring a high level of customer service.
Analysing data to increase business operational efficiency.
Utilizing GPS systems to monitor drivers and track vehicles in case of theft.
Accident management and support
Working closely with Head of Service, Installation and Floristry Managers
Skills Required
3+ years in a logistics role with responsibility for a fleet.
Experience in the transportation industry.
Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills.
Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills.

Monitoring customer self-billing payments

Liaising with sales team and other departments to resolve invoice queries
Bank reconciliations
Reconciling ecommerce transactions
Assisting with month-end and other finance processes
Skills Required
Good understanding of finance processes
