- Warehouse Team Leader
Warehouse Team Leader, Full-time
Manage a small warehouse production team efficiently and ensure the team prepare plant displays to a high corporate standard and to an agreed time schedule. Works collaboratively with the team to meet weekly targets.
You will be based at Mill Pond Nurseries, Mill Road, Henham, CM22 6AA
The Role
- Manage and work with the production team.
- Oversee the goods in (inventory and goods out) process including quality control.
- Complete and manage daily production schedule, ensuring appropriate cover for any absence within the team.
- Ensure high production quality standards are always met.
Requirements
- Excellent people management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Organized with a pro-active “can-do” attitude.
- Commercially minded and capable of finding resolutions for daily challenges.
- Capable of monitoring and improving performance of the daily production output.
- Open to new technology to improve the production process
- Experience in using an IT warehouse/production system
- Experience in production or assembly lines or complex warehouse picking processes involving bill of materials.
- Experience managing a small team

- Installation Technician
Installation Technician, Full-time
Planteria Group have experienced a sustained period of business growth and are in a strong position, as a result we are now hiring and would like to invite candidates to apply for the role of Installation Technician.
Join our existing, experienced team members in this varied and interesting physical role, to install interior and exterior plants in containers into workplaces and corporate spaces. The majority of our installations are in the London area, and some are nationwide. We work for corporate clients who expect a high-quality, professional service.
- Core hours will usually be 5am to 2pm, but later finishes may be required.
- Often installations may span a number of days and could involve staying overnight anywhere in the UK (possibly wider in the future).
You will be based at Mill Pond Nurseries, Mill Road, Henham, CM22 6AA so will require your own transport to work
Full-time Permanent contract
The Role
- Driving a light goods vehicle to client’s site.
- Install plants at client’s site. This may involve heavy lifting and handling live plants.
- Identify any issues during installation job and resolve with aid of line manager.
- Use of PDA (handheld mobile device) to record work completion.
Requirements:
- Work effectively as part of a team.
- A good level of physical fitness.
- A reasonable level of DIY skills.
- Client communication and problem solving.
- Working with power tools.
- Full clean driving license. HGV license would be beneficial.

- Interior Field Service Technician - London Area
Interior Field Service Technician – Central London, Full-time

Planteria Group has experienced a sustained period of business growth and is in a strong position, as a result, we are now hiring and would like to invite candidates to apply for the role of Interior Field Service Technician reporting directly to the Head of Service.
You will be based at Mill Pond Nurseries, Mill Road, Henham, CM22 6AA, but need to travel into London each day
Full-time, Permanent contract
The Role
Working as part of a successful team, you will be required to visit the offices of our clients, within London and the Home Counties, to maintain Interior living plants.
You will always be required to be of good presence; working discretely to minimise disruption and maintaining excellent customer relations with the clients.
This position presents an excellent opportunity to work with Interior planting and design in the workplace, whilst delivering great customer satisfaction.
Experience:
Full clean UK driving license.
Prior experience in planting or horticulture is preferred but not essential as we will provide training, but a passion for plants is definitely necessary.
