  • Customer Helpdesk Advisor (6 Month Maternity Cover)

    Customer Helpdesk Advisor Full time (6 Months Maternity Cover)

    This role is the ‘first port of call’ for all customer related contact. They provide support for the installation, field service and floristry teams.

    • To take service-related calls and emails for installation, field service, and floristry
    • To triage queries from customers and direct them to the relevant department/ individual
    • To coordinate responses to clients regarding queries and issues
    • Update Business Central with correct customer information
    • To administer, develop and manage NPS process including providing feedback to relevant departments to deliver exceptional service levels and drive customer satisfaction to meet company targets. Provide data and analysis to the Head of Field Service.
    • To support Service team with ad-hoc requirements

    Requirements

  • Commercial Manager

    Commercial Manager, Full time

    The Commercial Manager owns a proposal from quote stage to operations handover. They manage the process which includes meeting with the client, understanding their needs, designing ‘WOW’ proposals and ensuring 100% specification accuracy.

    1. Work closely and attend regular meetings with the Sales Manager to review pipeline of opportunities
    2. Work with the Design & Specification team to produce detailed specifications and WOW design proposals
    3. Responsible for maximizing value from each opportunity and for all client communications after the order has been secured
    4. Validate costing accuracy
    5. De-risk specifications, ensuring all measurements and quantities are accurate. If necessary, organise subcontractor quotations and site visits.
    6. Ensure 100% accurate specifications before the sales support team process the orders
    7. Ensure CRM is kept up to date and forecasting is accurate
    8. Run handover meetings to service/ installation at the end of the Pre-Con stage
    9. May assist Sales Managers in client proposal pitches

  • Lead Installation Technician

    Lead Installation Technician, Full-time

    This role is responsible for installing interior and exterior plants in containers into our clients’ workplaces and corporate spaces. Around 80% of our installations are in the London area, but we also travel nationwide from our base in Essex. We work for corporate clients who expect a high-quality, professional service.
    This role requires a level of physical fitness to move and install planters and plant displays. Our projects can take several days, so our technicians may on occasions stay away from home overnight within the UK.

    The Role

    The Lead Technician has additional responsibility for coordinating installation project work and problem solving onsite during the installations.
    1.     To perform site surveys in advance of more complex projects
    2.     To co-ordinate and work as part of a team to complete installations
    3.     To champion company procedures and motivate colleagues to follow
    4.     To confidently communicate with clients during installation process
    5.     To proactively identify potential challenges onsite and discuss with the line manager to find resolutions
    6.     To accurately use handheld devices to record work progress and follow required procedures to ensure the installation process is successful and delivered in a timely way
    7. To follow all required health & safety processes

  • Sales Manager (Direct/Inbound clients)

    Sales Manager (Direct/Inbound clients)

    Role can be based at our London Bishopsgate office or our Henham Essex office

    The Sales Manager is responsible for creating, developing and closing new business opportunities within two key sales channels: Direct Clients and inbound (new prospects approaching us). .

    You will work closely with the business development team. The intention is for a specific BD team member to be assigned to book appointments for you. You will need to provide direction for this person and collaboration to book appointments and create opportunities.

    The Role

    • Proactively prospect within Direct clients, booking strategic appointments through the Business Development (BD) Team.
    • Successfully complete ‘Strategic Discussions’ (SDs) with senior contacts – demonstrating the value in partnering with Planteria, as an asset on their team driving their wellbeing and sustainability agenda.
    • Create opportunities from these SDs through professional and consistent follow up
    • Meet with clients alongside the Design & Specification team (D&S) to discuss the details of the opportunity with the client.
    • Approve the final proposal sent to the client – creative, innovate proposals that align with their specific wants/needs win the day
    • Ensure smooth and accurate handover to the sales support team

     

    OTE of £50,000 including Commission and Bonus

    • Full time, permanent role, working 5 days a week, including regular Saturday workCore hours will usually be 5am to 2pm, but later finishes may be required.Some overtime opportunities will be available
